It enables you to record your Skype calls (and it works with other VoIP messengers as well). Once you record, you can save your call, using a filename or keyword and then you can retrieve it and send it by email to your buddies. The free version comes with ads (some people may find it annoying). The paid version (15 bucks) is ad-free and it has an audio converter which makes podcasting very simple. I highly recommend it.
