How to Recover and Prevent Depression

  • Adam Douglas

Just today I came across a good video where Dr. Michael D. Yapko, Ph.D. is presenting a talk entitled “Keys to Unlock Depression: Why Skills Work Better Than Pills” hosted by Australian Psychological Society. There was some very important points that Dr. Michael D. Yapko, Ph.D. makes that I feel could help many people around the world to recover or even potentially prevent depression.

Please take the time to watch the entirety of the video to gain full context on the matter. General assumptions or as Dr. Michael D. Yapko, Ph.D. calls it “global thinking” will not help speed up learning his insight and process to improve ones self.
